The nav was not unlocked for the US so it needed an unlock code to be usable. I contacted Trimble to get the unlock and that is when they informed me that the system was flagged as stolen and that they could not service this unit. Be sure to double check serial numbers with Trimble before purchasing.

There was an issue with shipping my order and instead of there struggles that we are all used to with today's online purchases when there is a concern this guy was great. He replied to my message, checked into the situation and corrected the issue all while communicating with me.
