Baking great way to use your cast iron cookware!
I have just started collecting cast iron skillets and other cast iron cookware and they are great. i have baked cornbread, biscuits, and some bread and it came out great. The problem I had was figuring out what size to use for baking different breads, cakes, and cooking. Besides having some good and delicious recipes for baked goods, this book also gives you the size skillet you should use for the recipe.
