Brand new in the plastic packaging with tags still attached no markings beside the factory labels, scuffs or tears. no loose strings not that this is the sellers job but this is a quality brand new item(s). item at a good price. shipping was a bit steep but i don't mind if things show up quickly and well described and the shipping still wouldn't have pushed the cost to retail cost of 2 pairs.
