Completely unresponsive to messages. When he finally did respond, he said that he was going on holiday even though he had ample time to send replacements. When pushed, he finally issued a pathetic apology and created a tracking number without ever sending the plates. Had to open a case with Ebay to get a refund. GO TO ANOTHER SELLER THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS!
