It appears that ‘Memory Foam’ means different things to different manufacturers. I have two other ‘would be’ memory foam products, both of which are made from nothing more than thick aerated sponge. This cushion, in contrast, has density. It is firm enough to hold body weight whilst remaining soft and yielding, allowing comfort in movement. Also very grippy, see pics..

I contacted seller again and they'd ALREADY dispatched a THIRD aerial!! I received it today, packing was damaged but flexible aerial was ok. This is courier handling. I had to escalate the matter because the seller was forcing me to cancel the return, rather than accepting responsibility for the incorrect item description
