It took 16 days to travel from one local zip code to another local zip code. Not sure what caused the 2-week delay all within the same city. I paid via PayPal $5.20 postage. Perhaps the actual .95 cent postage stamped on the envelope was the biggest slow-down. A PayPal refund of the postage overpayment of $4.25 is requested.
