After a few discussions prior to me ordering my necklace, she gave me a quote and sent me photos prior to sending it. It was obvious it was custom made to my specifications and she adjusted a detail that I asked before sending it in such a timely manner. I have recieved the necklace and the quality is equal to if not superior to a commercial jeweller 5x the price (or more). The pearls are absolutely luminous.
