However I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded expressing their concerns to the situation. They immediately sent a new one out and said it would be here in 2 days and it was. Customer service was definitely Satisfactory. I have no not installed the belt yet Seems to be made of quality material. Can provide more feedback for fitment /durability

Sadly, the belt I last replaced from H&H Bros had no time to 'break in' when we were hit with a lot of heavy wet snow and the belt snapped under the strain. A brief contact with H&H Bros explaining my demise. Much better than just an apology, they replied very quickly and sent a new replacement belt. Customers cannot expect better service. I am a very grateful customer.
