I reported "the item has not arrived" as well as messaged the seller on Nov 16 and got a reply right away that I have to wait until Monday (Nov 18). So since the seller replied right away I trusted him fully that he will track the item for me so I closed the request I made that same day. Until now I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE ITEM. :-( :-(
