Package arrived damaged and ripped on one side which I believe happened in transit. I contacted seller, she said she sent message explain missing strap and she did offer to rectify the issue by discount, etc. she did confirm she shipped both items wrapped in same package. I do believe her as she has high ratings. She very professional, it is not her fault package damaged. Excellent business / customer service skills!
