It just isn't right
As a regular purchaser of this item, I typically buy it through Kiehl's website... But happened to find it for a deal here. The product that I received is as pictured, but! The mask itself isn't right. I noticed it looked strange when I opened it. It didn't look like the right texture and it was all smooshed around messily inside like I've never had it come before. I buy this product often and I've never had it smell like this or have this texture. It's as if they're scooping out half of the actual product, replacing it with a cheap scented, greasy cream, mixing it up, putting it in a box and pretending it's legit. When I used the mask, it felt totally wrong. Greasy and strong smelling. Didn't dry how the real product does. Either they changed their formula (I don't think so) ...
