Puzzle was shipped in a plastic bag and along the route to me, it received bad handling but the parts were not harmed although the puzzle box itself did get a large dent. Although the seller indicated they were using UPS ground in the listing, they used a China based shipping company UNIUNI to move this package from Southern California to here via Miami. Apparently this shipping company contracts out delivery drivers (like DoorDash, etc) . The 3d wood kit arrived in a sealed manufacturer package and arrived in a timely manner. Updates nice.

However, that wasn't the case for the logistics company that delivered this item. Although I received the item in good condition, it was left outside the gate. Good thing no one took the parcel but this should've been avoided at all cost.
