I owned this video before purchasing it. Great story line.
Great movie. Keven Spacey is wonderful as an actor in any movie. The story line is wonderful. It touches upon subject matter that appeals to young audiences. It is reality, at its very best. Wish the main character survived though!!!!

And analyzation of the state of America and where it's values lie
American beauty is a staple of twentieth century cinima. One of the most perfect movies ever made. It examines what America definenes as beautiful. It follows the story of Lester Burnham a unhappy mondain adult who is almost always trying to find out how to make his life more interesting.

Disturbing behavior
Acting is good.am a fan of the acting side of Kevin spacey.. easily entertaining..but disturbing .....definitely have to watch with an open mind... And not for kids ....only adults ..

Terrific movie!
Truly remarkable, memorable film. Disturbing and darkly humorous. Very unusual story. Brilliant screenplay, acting, photography. Multiple Academy awards richly deserved.
