We contacted the seller requesting a return, which they authorized but at our expense, which would cost more than we paid for the item as well as totally absurd detailed packing and packaging such as double boxing if not packed exactly might not refund. So we are stuck with an item that is not what we wanted or expected.

Three weeks after initial order, package showed up, box was damaged, antenna was sticking out of one end and out of the original wrap. It looked like USPS took it out, then decided they didn't want it, stuck it back in and retaped the package.
