    Great Book! Good story and content

    This book by Arnold Schwarzenegger has both his story from a young age and his early days and his launch into bodybuilding fame, as well as a “guide” of sorts to bodybuilding. The first half is well written and and entertaining, the second half of the book, which is his explanation and depiction of exercises is informative and well written as well.

    Foundation for bodybuilding

    Great book, easy read. Real story of how Arnold grows up. Complete with fundamentals basic bodybuilding training & nutrition. Highly recommended!
