I asked for a tracking number twice, and then had to open a missing item case. They stated that there was an error with it shipping and that they would need to send it again, then cancelled my order and refunded me. I was told to purchase it again but they're out of stock and I have missed out on an item that has now tripled in price. The wait for everything was almost a month. Do not purchase from them.

I bought this item on Aug. 7th, on the 14th it was marked as shipped but with no tracking#. I messaged them on the 22nd, got a reply saying there was a mistake in shipping 2 days later, saw it got a tracking# on the 28th, shipped next day and arrived on Sep. 9th. I know imports are a pain, but you should take care to make sure the item has actually been sent.
