Great Video For Older Women
Jane, in her prime years, has created a great video for us older women. I have worked out with Jane Fonda since 1984, when her original Jane Fonda's Workout album (yes, vinyl L.P.!) was so hot. I exercise with this video, among others, several times a week and love it! Great Excerise DVD for nature women

I have several other Jane Fonda DVDs & love them.
