I did contact the seller and claimed a refund. I got a reply "It looks like it did not pass your country customs" but no promise to refund. This is surprising since I obtained the exact same product from Amazon a few years ago without problems. I would argue that it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the product can reach the customer, and refund if it does not.

I purposely chose this Seller's listing because the photos showed DARKER BOTTLES. The Best By Dates on the bottles I received are in mid 2026, so I think they'll be okay (I'll just keep them inside a cabinet)...there's a good reason Krill Oil/Fish Oil capsules normally come in DARKER/OPAQUE bottles. Otherwise okay transaction.
