Seller did their part with shipping but the wonderful USPS played games and the item took over a week to arrive when it should’ve been maybe two days. It sat in a post office 40 miles from me for four days and I finally had to create a ticket about it. That finally didn’t trick when I told the USPS rep that their performance was more than subpar and unacceptable. Same thing happened to another item one week prior. It's unfortunate that we both have to rely on the service quality of others when shipping a package to you. And with only three major delivery companies, they don't have much incentive to do their job very well. Actually, we only ship via UPS and USPS since Fed Ex caused thousands of dollars in damages to our products many years ago and refused to assume fault.
