    Tried and true, always consistent and tasty.

    I have purchased Claxton fruitcakes for years, normally the regular and not the dark. This time though I thought I would try the dark for something different and as with the regular it was delicious with a little sweeter taste kind of a molasses flavor. Better served after refrigeration and easier to slice. A little goes a long way.

    Delish!

    On the recommendation of my boyfriend, who grew up eating this cake, I ordered the dark variety and couldn't believe how great this tastes! It's nothing like the other brands you see on store shelves. At all! I've never been one that likes fruitcake but this brand is completely different from anything I've ever had before. It's chock full of fruits, nuts and just the right amount of spices. I'll definitely be buying more for the holidays! Love it?

    Holiday goodness all year around!

    this just is comfort food and we needed some! we always have so many treats and desserts on the holidays that we really do not appreciate this fine product like we need to. but getting this treat at this time of year is a home run. we will order again, the price is great, the taste is just fresh and tasty, I am savoring every slice.

    Good Stuff!!

    We had planned on eating one of the 3 cakes at Christmas then placing the remaining two cakes in the freezer for a "rainy day". Ha!!!!! That never happened. All gone before the beginning of the new year. And we are only a 2-person family ...and in our late 70's. Really good stuff.

    Delicious fruitcake that is hard to stop eating

    Colorful and lots of nuts like pecans, and cherries and other fruit....I would be more detailed but have already eaten them all and can't look to see. Brought back childhood memories when we would get Claxton fruitcakes during the holidays.
