When I reached out about the poor-quality parts I received, I was given the same repeated response: “I’ve repaired over 2,500 pairs of X-Metal since 2014 using these parts. They work great.” When I pressed further, the seller accused me of being dishonest and then blocked me instead of resolving the issue. This is unacceptable treatment of a paying customer. Buyers states that the screw threads are not correct, yet all parts are made in USA to OEM specs and have been extensively used and tested over 11 years of time. Buyer used the parts, then requests refund, clearly attempting scam money back on their purchases. Added to block list so they can't do this again, very uncomfortable to be scammed.
