I ordered custom modifications, so I didn't think that was bad at all. I received the items in 12 days, with all the customization done exactly as I specified!! Communication was fantastic, every question I had, no matter how insignificant, was answered almost immediately. I have never done upholstery before and it the kit was remarkably easy to install. I'm very happy with the results. The seats are beautiful!
