I had bought a neon sign from them a year or so ago and accidently broke part of the neon tube (completely my fault). I reached out to see if it was possible to repair the product instead of buying a new one, and they were able to send a replacement part for the broken section of the neon tube for a cheaper price than replacing the entire thing. They also provided clear instructions on how to install the tube myself. Very pleased!
