The only problem was, they were too long in the waist. So I put a 3.5in fold just above the waistband, held in place with 2in safety pins, and now they fit perfectly over my motorcycle riding body armor. White is for visibility/safety and reflecting the summer heat. On very hot days, I soak them with water which the heavy cotton holds well; it’s like wearing an air conditioner.
