I was however disappointed with the packaging….a battered old crisp box, was a poor choice and it was fortunate that the item survived the journey (see photos attached). You provide a good service and I would definitely recommend you to others but you do need to rethink the packaging.

Should have read the feedback before buying as looks like I’m not the only unhappy customer! We kept the buyer informed of a stock delay but she opened an item not recieved case anyway. With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.
