There was a small dent but the coating was 100% in tact. These tags are the best I've seen. I had to get spares because Pete pulled Sadie's collar and I was unable to find it. Pete is 9 months old and still tears up everything. I like the contrast on the dark blue. It really stands out. Can't beat their speed and price.

Got the DogTag ID updated, been meaning to do that, and they make it and ship it so quickly. NY to OR super fast. The etching is deep and the last tags on the dogs collar lasted about 7 or 8 years before needing replaced, so I made a big order and got them all done. Recommend checking and replacing those every 5 years or so, don't wait for the dog to lose it. But if you do, seller can get you fixed up quick

I have seller saved to favorite so I know where to go for more. The reason I need to renew the tag is after wearing it 24/7 for two years, the hole to hang tag wore thin.

Price was decent, shipping was slow as a turtle, but I'm guessing it was not the seller's fault. It arrived a week late. Packaging was a weak, but to my amazement it handled shipment just fine. Too bad the description didn't indicate that it is imprinted on two sides.
