    The seller did not ship my item for two weeks until I contacted them asking when it would ship, they then shipped it untracked. A week went by and I asked for a tracking number which they promptly provided and that is when they actually shipped the item. The item arrived very quickly after it shipped and it was very well packaged and perfectly described. The seller did promptly respond to my questions when I asked them which is very nice. Good seller over all, despite the shipping issues.

    Long-time eBay buyer here. I do thorough research before purchasing. Despite a few negatives, this seller had mostly great reviews, and I now see why. The item arrived from Japan to Canada in just a week, well-packaged and as described. I expected the duty fee, no issue there. Communication was clear despite the language difference.     At first i was Disheartened at the fact that my order was going to take a while for it to be shipped so i originally cancelled my order BUT the seller denied the Cancellation And thank goodness he/she did because they reached out and reassured me that my order would reach me a week sooner! And low and behold my packaged arrived within Days (NO 🧢). The quality is BEAUTIFUL And in brand new and superb Condition! The Price and Value was absolutely Perfect compared to many other sellers!.

    Perfect

    I ordered the new star ship enterprise from the movie into darkness made by revell . I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience , it was a easy and pleasant experience . I couldn't be happier with the service . And I got it in 2 days ! !!!! , wow thank you guys very much .

    The kit to have!!!

    Simply put, this is a must have model. The finish of the kit, simplicity and complexity of the build, and the fact that it is currently the only buildable kit of this Enterprise makes this one model for the books!! Get one when you can!!

    My Enterprise collection is complete!

    I've been looking for this model for years, and it came out better than I hoped. Some of the decals were difficult, but turned out good.

    It is HUGE!...

    At a scale of 1:500, the detail and size are impressive. The model kit has plenty of room inside for wiring, lights and motors. The main parts are molded in a solid white and there are parts molded in clear for lighting purposes. There is a vast availability of aftermarket parts to make the kit more accurate, including lighting kits, additional decal skins and Paragrafix accurizing parts. This kit is becoming rarer over time and if you see it, get it before they are gone. I have two. One will be the Enterprise from Star Trek 2009 and the second one will be a ship with a registry that has yet to be determined.

    The decals.

    I tried to contact revelle about the decals not sticking to the model. I even wiped it down with alcohol and let it dry before applying. I have built many of your models and have never had this happen. More than half fell off. Wanted to see about getting another page of decals and was never been called. The model is very nice. Easy to put together. And my son would be thrilled if it had all the decals.
