The glue worked great and made it easy to install the foam surround. Reinstalled in the car and no more crackle and buzz from the speakers. Sounds like a new stereo again. I would recommend this kit and repair the speaker instead of trying to replace it.

I didn’t need to trim anything and the fit was perfect. The instructions were clear and the speakers sounded great afterwards. Much easier to repair them then trying to find a replacement from a salvage yard.
