When contacted, with a photo, I was told to return them, get a refund, and that I could then order them again and they’d ensure the correct size was sent. Surely, when it was their error not mine, the seller should have said to return them and, upon receipt, they would send me out the correct ones. Not the best customer service I’ve had! I was so unimpressed by this response that I have gone elsewhere for the cabinet handles! Not happy!

Solmer confirmed my cancellation of that order by return and my re-order was delivered quickly - the same day as the original order would have been. The product is exactly as described and expected.

There was an issue with the screws missing from 1 of the handles but when I went back to the seller, they sorted it out really quickly and sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Would definitely order from them again. The customer service is excellent and I couldn't believe how quickly they sorted it all out. Definitely 5 stars
