Purchased 1/19 label created same day. 1/21 asked why priority mail wasn't used, Couple of hours after my message the package was dropped off at a Walgreens FedEx location. 1/26 received reply...Im sorry about this. When we can ship ups or fedex we do as they are faster than usps Usps is the slowest and least trustworthy carrier. FedEx is the worst, item was late

I did not get package until Saturday and the product was defective and was also missing several connectors needed to work. The bday party was on Saturday and did not get to give the gift because of the issues i had. I will not purchase from this seller again and cannot recommend to anyone else. FYI -once I saw item was shipped USPS i sent email to the seller and I was ignored.
