Because they said it was an invalid address which was rubbish because the seller put our exact address on the parcel so should have arrived on time but the courier had other ideas and tried to blame the seller. Will use this seller again A +++ hopefully they'll change their choice of courier

Their stuff is always great quality and always priced well. Never faulty and packaged well. DOD were used to deliver this item, and it was supposed to be next day 24 hour delivery. The delivery company failed, badly. I have phoned DPD directly and opened a case for investigation.
