    My negative rating is because I spoke with the seller and paid for a two-day delivery service ($12 extra) and I needed it because I was traveling, and the phone arrived on the third day and the seller told me that it was USP's fault and that it depends on them the delivery days, but not on how much you pay for a shipment, it is illogical and bad service. In addition, the phone is damaged on the sides due to the use of a protector, and that is not in the description of the phone.
