It was all a delicate pink, the bubble wrap, tissue paper and a pretty sticker. Seller also went above to ensure my fragile Lennox ornament arrived in perfect condition. Along with the things I already mentioned, it was packed with extra cardboard and a sticker on the bag to let mail carriers know it was fragile. Thank you!

It was packaged well but there was a delay in getting the product shipped. They kept me informed as we progressed. Because of the delay they offered to use expediated shipping which although helped still resulted in receiving the purchase 8 days after paying for it.
