Item powers on, but that's about it.
I have 2 other Nvidia shields, which are fantastic. However, this Item hasn't been used at all previously, which usually would normally be a good thing. However, the old Shield OS does not connect to Google, making it impossible to use. The item came free of any scuffs or marks.
