I would not recommend this seller! However after leaving negative feedback the seller has responded admitting the error and offered a partial refund if I changed the feedback to Positive. Despite the carton my item was packed and shipped in had visible signs of damage, the bike itself did not show sign of significant damage. This is not the sellers fault, that lies with FedEx, which lost my bike for 4 days. I discussed this with this retailer, and they immediately made full remediation. The bike is great quality, and I love the bike. Great value for the price. The bike is beautiful. - 3***i (547)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufThe item delivered was great but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one so had to return the item, the process of returning the item was very easy and pain free, the communication to the seller was very good and promt, and there was no cost to me as the buyer for retuning the item which was great, so althought cannot talk about the item I bought I can certainly rate the seller and the process of delivery which was quick and the return process and refund process which again was very quick.
