    Truth be told, the seller ran into shipping issues on this one, but they were not the fault of the seller at all. They made it right as best as possible, but the Canada Post strike made things difficult. It arrived as described, and is in good working order.     A tired franchise attempt on an otherwise excellent handheld.

    Mortal Kombat for the PS Vita while being the traditional fighting genre that started it all, tends to fall a bit short on this system due to the fact that 1. It is pretty much the same game graphically as the XBOX 360 version sans a few bits here and there (game publishers choice of omissions) and plays in a similar manner so if you already have an XBOX 360 there is no reason to own this game. 2. The price is RIDICULOUS!!! As many are aware, the PS Vita was discontinued in 2016 and with that said, it was assumed that unsold stock at retailers would steadily decline in price until sold. That is NOT the case with Vita, Sony seems to have a mind of its own when it comes to pricing and thus the Vita equivalent of the XBOX 360 Mortal Kombat is still high often 20 dollars and up used, while the ...

    Graphics Took a Hit, But That's Not The Major Important Part of a Game

    While the graphics are not equal to the console versions, its still pretty impressive what they were able to do with this handheld version of the game, all things considered. The entire roster is fully intact including all the DLC characters, as well as all the stages (except the God of War exclusive stage from the PS3 version sadly), the entire Story Mode as well as a few other modes from the console versions are fully playable in the PSvita version, and there's even a few exclusive modes that they made, just for this version in mind. While definitely not the best looking version of Mortal Kombat 9, (as of making this review) its the only way to officially play the game on the go and I would say that it is worth getting, especially if you're looking for some great fighters on the ...

    Fun game for the PS Vita!

    I don't have a lot of experience with the Mortal Combat game but thoroughly enjoy playing this on the PS Vita. The graphics look good and the game play seems quick. The controls respond well so I am happy with this purchase.

    A must have for psvita owners

    Downloading games from the psn can be sometimes be cheap but we as gamers pay for it in the long run. Unless you have a 64 gig ps vita memory card, memory space is very limited. Having the physical copy of your favorite games is great because it takes very little memory space and its easy to store.
