Easy to use , easy to update, SUPER high performance device
As a die hard fitness nerd, I've used just about every type of sensor for this. wrist, arm, and other chest variants. This is super accurate, super fast and comfortable. There is no substitute.

Great value. Good Quality. Multiple functions
It has all the bells and whistles of a fistful of Garmin HRM straps wrapped into one package. Swim, run, bike, it's all there. That makes this HRM a great companion to your Forerunner 945. Like it is for me

Must have!
It's a must have for serious runners and older runners like me. It will help make sure one is "running with correct form" as not to injure something. LOTS of metrics to look at for feedback after run. I'm coming off an injury and I know lots of runners get injuries so it's better to see what may be going wrong earlier. Maybe a bit pricy but much cheaper than injuries.

Accuracy Is Fantastic
I always use Garmin chest straps because of their accuracy. And when I run, it adds some extra metrics.
