Carole King Tapestry: Live in Hyde Park celebrates the 45th anniversary of Carole King s masterpiece with a spectacular concert for more than 65, 000 fans in Hyde Park on July 3, 2016 including the first-ever performance of the entire album in sequence. - The Hyde Park performance, recorded on July 3, 2016, is Carole's first British concert since 1989 and features Carole leading a full band (including rhythm guitarist Danny Kortchmar, who played on the original Tapestry album) through each of the album's 12 songs plus her favorite compositions from her impressive songbook. Guest performers include her daughter, Louise Goffin, who joins her mother on several tracks including "Where You Lead" (which the duo re-recorded as the theme song to the popular television series Gilmore Girls), plus the Laurence Olivier Award-winning West End cast of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.

Don't Miss This Performance by Carole King Live at Hyde Park in London! It is Outstanding!!!
The Carole King concert was outstanding and beautifully recorded. Sound Quality was excellent! We truly did not know what to expect, but were glad we took the plunge to buy the CD and DVD combination. The concert was with Carole King performing her Tapestry recording song per song live in Hyde Park in London. She has not lost her touch and sang with perfection. Then there was the medley of hit songs from the past. Believe me, tears were rolling down my eyes and it brought back warm memories of my past when I listened. Carol King delivers a heart-felt and exciting concert
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this concert - we've followed Carole King's career over the years and have really enjoyed her music. We watched the DVD first, and when she introduced her daughter, and sang with her as well, it was a real treat! We have the record album of "Tapestry" but haven't heard it in years - amazing how relevant the songs are today! The venue at Hyde Park was incredible, and the audience seemed to be really enjoying themselves - gracious and respectful. The sound quality was excellent. My husband has been listening to the CD in our vehicle - although the recording is of a concert, and wouldn't be as clear as a studio recording, it is still quite "listenable". Carole King is still royalty in the music industry
Carole brings her Tapestry Album alive in Hyde Park London to 80,000 screaming fans. This album contained a bevy of hits and remains an example of how much talent this wonderful lady and her husband brought to music years ago.
