Seller sent a DAMAGED ITEM that isn’t visible in their pictures ! I took close ups images for them in their original box and pack it back up to sent it back . Now they’re telling me they doubt it’s their own item! Common! You plates the scammed roll when you’re the scammer here! I’m reporting this to eBay! WASTE OF TIME WITH THIS “SELLER”

I asked for a couple photos. that was all. You gave me excuses as to why you could not send me photos. Really? Photos take "too much time?" that was ALL I needed was a couple photos to resolve this, and you argued with me for DAYS. As of yet, with the return authorized, you HAVE NOT returned the item for a refund. Why is that? My 99.6% (at the time) positive feedback rating, over the YEARS I have been selling in eBay should speak to my willingness to resolve issues. Send the photos!

So far so good
Decided to ditch traditional security system and go for something affordable. I got this for a deal as brand new, so for the original price point is a bit steep compared to other competitors. Setup is somewhat a breeze but you do need to prepare to restart a few times just the Nest Detect can set up. I don't know what caused the detect device connecting the security hub. Couple other key missing features There is no panic key code that you can secretly set. In a forceful entry situation, u want to key in a code so send distressed signal to emergency contact The door chime/ sound needs to be louder or voice notification via Google speakers that are connected The app interface via nest app is confusing but I can live with that. It goes great with my house We will see how it holds up but so far so good. I didn't opt for professional monitoring but I did have their nest aware plan

This was hands down the best deal on the internet. Nest is synonymous with premium. This alarm system exceeds my expectations. Yes you’re locked into an ecosystem, but it’s the same with most brands, “Apple.” This works flawlessly with other Nest products. I’m eager to see what other products they add to their line of smartphone devices. Hello Doorbell, Nestxyale, IQ cams, Nest protect and thermostat works seamlessly with the alarm. This was hands down the best deal on the internet. Nest is synonymous with premium. This alarm system exceeds my expectations. Great Value and Solution If You Want Full App Personal Monitoring w/out a Fee
I found the Nest Secure system easy to install and setup. All parts of it, from the door sensors to the key fobs and base unit, seem to be high quality and well designed. I have found most everything I want to do with the system is programmable if you take the time to look through all the menu choices. For example, how long do you want it give you on entry and exit before it alarms. Pros: High quality, well designed, many settings to choose from, great value if you don't plan to pay for a third party monitoring service. Unlike Simplisafe, this system let's you do most everything you could want in the phone app without having to pay a monthly fee. Imagine saving $15 to $30 a month or more on monitoring fees and then you might consider the higher prices for the Nest Secure system a pretty ... And the Nest Detect sensors at $49 each are a little pricey if you need more than the two that comes in the starter system.

The alarm overall is great. Works as described. I guess my only gripe is that I would like to see even MORE integration with other Nest products or even smart products in general. Example, I have the Nest x Yale lock and its awesome being able to disarm my lock when opening the door but why stop there? Why can't for example the Nest Protect smoke alarms or Nest Thermostats also be used to detect motion? Why can't the nest camera also be used to detect motion rather then just provide a video feed? Why cant the Nest Protect sound the alarm too when the nest secure is triggered? Why can't the Philips hue lights in my house start flashing or turn red in the alarm is triggered? They CLEARLY have the capability but Nest would rather milk you for another $59 nest detect then provide TRUE smart ... The alarm overall is great. Works as described. It could just be SO MUCH more if Nest stopped treating their customers like cash dispensing ATMs. I'd easily pay twice as much for TRUE integration across the board. Nest unfortunately is too short-sighted to see the potential.

Good investment
i investigated other choices for home security/alarm systems. Because of my already commitment to Nest products this was an easy choice. Very easy to setup and very user friendly. The app allows you many options on how to operate the system and how "secure" you want to be. It is very responsive and allows for small pets. It was very easy to setup and quick to setup. So far I am very impressed with it and glad i chose this system over others out there. My past experience with Nest products has been excellent with support and quality, so I am applying that knowledge and expectations to this product.i investigated other choices for home security/alarm systems.
