A young Newman and Woodward. What more could you want...
I have always been a fan of these two actors. I saw this romantic comedy years ago and still find it entertaining. It's the typical boy meets girl movie, yet with plenty of twists. It is funny and entertaining. I forgot about the single woman's religious day in Paris and wondered about the reality of it. I also forgot about the "dream" sections of the two lead characters and that Zsa Zsa Gabor and Maurice Chevalier, as well as Theresa Ritter were in the movie. This movie is just plain fun. I thoroughly enjoyed watching how the improbable story line would play out with a young Newman and Woodward playing off of each other so well. Great chemistry! .....and Paris made such a beautiful background.....

A great love story on screen and off. Woodward & Newman really give us energetic performances as well as comedic moments. The addition of Thelma Ritter and Zsa Zsa Gabor are hilariously funny. Maurice Chevalier is a high point for any film centered around Paris..,👍

Cute romantic comedy
Yes it's fluff- but SO WHAT!! Sometimes you just have to see a cute romantic comedy shot in some lovely scenery, and younger Paul Newman ain't hard on the eyes! It was not meant to be taken seriously and in this day of mad hatter world leaders a bit of fluff can go a long way. Just enjoy it!

So bad its good
This movie is sooo, sexist, misogynistic and horrifying dated that it's sometimes laugh out load funny. Everyone in it is great but the script has to have been written by at least 5 people all had to be slightly drunk men. Horrible script, good actors funning sometimes where intended, frequently where not. I had fun watching it but it's definitely a period piece...early 60's beginning of the sexual revolution, trying way to hard.

A must see!!
This is a very good movie, it is a fun movie! one of the best of the era. I highly recommend this movie!! This is a great bargain!!

I guess the title fits.
Not their finest work but fun to see these two actors who were very much in love off screen interact well together.

Fun movie
Had seen this movie many years ago . Its a good wholesome , fun , and entertaining movie . Glad I bought this DVD . Like a lot of the older films you are entertained with a good story and good acting .
