Great for beginners
I'm plus size, I got a bad knee and AS. I wanted to start doing something good for myself as far as strength training and weight loss. Not knocking Zumba but I hate dancing lol, I wanted to do something that I could commit to for longer than a week. This dvd program is fairly straight forward and easy to keep up with...you literally decide how hard you wanna work by the size of kettlebell you use. The tutorials are separated if you wanna work on specific areas varying from 25 mins to 28 mins each. It works for what I wanted and I really work up a sweat in small amount of time and it doesn't aggravate my knees or back so it's great. Perfect Kettlebell Workout DVD
