The items look like they’re brand new! Cheaper than other similar items I looked at. I even received a follow up message from the seller confirming that my order arrived and hoping that my daughter enjoys the order! My daughter will be so excited to get these for her birthday! Would absolutely buy from this seller again.

I was hesitant to order from this merchant due to the no return policy but everything worked out. Typically a no return policy raises a red flag for me and can require hours of work for a problem.
