Not entirely historically accurate.
I love reading this book and learning about all the historical references that have been long forgotten. But my only issue is that the book is not accurate on some points. Specifically with holiday traditions adopted by Christian’s that were previously pagan, such as Yule. I am Christian but know that there are many traditions with Christmas that are not about Jesus and were pagan traditions.
