Product Information

David Hall

The 1919-D is scarce in circulated grades, rare in Mint State condition, and very rare in Gem condition. In fact, in Gem condition the 1919-D is the rarest Denver Mint Buffalo nickel of the 1913 to 1919 era. Most, but not all, Mint State survivors are found with decent strikes. Luster is usually a cross between satiny and frosty. This is a rare coin, but when found it can be quite nice.

Product Identifiers
