All of the glass lids were packaged together in a discarded food box with nothing separating them from each other. Then bubble wrap was placed in the box. 2 of the items arrived broken and unusable. It would have been a simple matter to wrap each of the glass items separately in the bubble wrap and then place them in the box for shipment.

Instead of updating their current agenda, (they never contacted me back after they said they would, after my initial contact) acted as if I didn’t exist. Never received the correct package, so they had to issue a refund only once reported. We have to treat people the way in which we would want to be treated. Communication is Essential!

I bought a different item from this person and I paid them for shipping but when I went to the post office they told me that the seller made their own label for a 1 pound item but my item was around 26 pounds and so I had to pay an extra $23.75 that wasnt agreed upon. When I ask the seller for a refund they refused. We talked back and forth and they eventually said they would refund me but they never did and they stopped responding to me.
