Great item - easy to use
at first it seemed a bit of a lower quality however after making a few rolls I realized it was the user. I now can handle it much easier and make my sushi in no time. Easy clean up. I actually have 2 friends who want to borrow it to try before they buy. I think they will be buying one. Good thick PVC quality too. Needs a lot of practice
The sushezi roller is a nice idea, but I feel it takes quite a bit of practice to get it right. I found the instructions for use were inadequate. I had several failures. no skills needed to making rolls.

Great if you often make sushi
I've been using this sushi maker almost every day since I bought it. I used to use a bamboo roller to make sushi (which was kind of a pain), but this sushi maker makes that part super easy. If you genuinely enjoy eating sushi and don't mind preparing the ingredients, I recommend this product. Gets the job done

Sushi Gun
I purchased this after seeing a demo of it on the Today Show. It works just like advertised although I would recommend using the nori sheets as it will not hold its shape indefinitely unless you have it very compressed.
