An excellent product from Calphalon.
It's a well built tri clad pan. It heats evenly and is easy to use. It heavy enough to feel like quality but still light enough to toss food while cooking. A BIG MACK DADDY SKILLET.
This is a seriously great product. Not for little old ladies. This thing is a Pro type skillet. Big, heavy, and strong. It should last a lifetime. I’ve used it 3 times for some basic cooking. Looks like it will be great for anything I will cook. I LOVE IT.

They don’t make ‘‘em like they used to!
