classic television
This television show stated off real good and then started to slip downwards due to constant repetition of gag lines and similar situations. However, the characters have always been memorable and therefore makes this show a classic. Lines like "sorry about that" and "would you believe" will always be remembered along with other catch phrases such as "beam me up Scotty" from Star Trek. This show lasted four years on N.B.C. before gong over to C.B.S. for one last season. All in all, Get Smart had a good run. A very enjoyable program from the golden age of television.

86 + 99 = fun
The comedy writing of Buck Henry and crew along with the straight men performances by Ed Platt and Barbara Feldon accentuate Don Adams' Maxwell Smart's lunacy. Also love the Kaos bad guys, and all the thinly shaded cold war references flavored with a shot of James Bond in to create a "right for the times" 60s corny comedy classic.

This is a good series
It is very entertaining. I wish they would do a remake with today's new talents and diverse cast. I think it would be a great idea. Slapstick comedy after all these years still very funny.

"The Groovy Guru" and "The Sacred Cows"
Season 3 has my favorite episode of Get Smart ..."The Groovy Guru" ...is a KAOS agent that brainwashes people with the broadcast of top rock group "The Sacred Cows"

Got a PERFECT "Get Smart" DVD set at a GREATER price!!! Less than I would have paid in ANY Store!!!
APERFECT DVD set of "Get Smart" Season 3!!! BRAND NEW, in manufacturer's wrap and NO LOOSE DVDs!!! Absolutely PERFECT and now I have all 5 seasons of "Get Smart!" I'm from the 1960s and 1970s and, as far as "Get Smart...I can use one of Maxwell Smart's famous phrases, "...AND loving it!" Thank you SO MUCH, member4475621!!!
