Not what I expected...definitely not safe for flexible dryer venting.
I bought this brush with the intention of using it to clean the lint out of my dryer vent, and then clean the short run of piping from my pellet stove through the outside wall. My first problem with this brush is that the handle is very stiff and it is impossible to work the curve out of it. That combined with a brush that is also stiff made it impossible to safely get further than two feet into the vent. Even at that shallow depth, the brush caught onto the metal sleeve the venting was attached to and pulled them apart. The bulk of the length of my dryer vent is flexible venting, I can not imagine that I could safely use this set up on the full length of the vent without piercing it. When I attempted to clean the exhaust pipe to my pellet stove, again the stiffness of the handle made ... When I checked out the brushes at Lowes and Home Depot, the dryer vent brush is softer and more appropriate for flexible venting.

Not useful as sold
See how the cable is wound up in the picture of the package? It is very stiff and will not straighten out, so it is useless to try to get it down a long dryer vent. But, I did use the head to make my own duct snake, out of a 50 foot plumber snake, a lag screw to fasten it into the core of the snake, some epoxy, and 2 hose clamps. Now I have something that will work!

The-Dryer Vent Flexible 4 stove brush
This product was not designed in a practical manner.. Imagine hooking this up to a drill to clean the inside of a vent. As you put it into the vent, unless you could push it all of the way in, you will likely be thinking that as you run the drill you can get it further in. Well imagine trying to get the end of an extension cord to turn as if it were the end (the brush) and start spinning the opposite end of the cord. What you will get is a horribly twisted up mess before the brush end even starts turning and the entire length of the shaft will be twisted up and kinked. DON'T BUY! BUYER BEWARE!! title was ok. product would not work for me.
Tubing comes coiled up. will not straighten out to stay firm. only good f or cleaning about 18-14 inches.

Line is pre formed and doesn’t flex at all. The small end wouldn’t fish itself down a straight 4” pipe. Don’t buy it
