However, it had a little ding, looked like it had been dropped prior to packaging. However, the bloke at the business answered my text immediately and, on receiving the photos I sent, offered a couple of deals to choose from (including recompense on return of the item) in order to find a fair solution to the problem. Fast, fair and very easy to work with, especially under the circumstances. I would recommend these guys in a minute.
